In your home, on your floor.

I bring the whole practice to your door — table, tools, expertise. We do the same thorough pelvic floor evaluation and treatment you'd get in a clinic, in the place where you actually live the rest of your day.

Or on video, if that's easier.

In-home across Bergen County is how I work. But if you're elsewhere in New Jersey, or an in-home visit isn't practical right now — a busy week, travel, the early postpartum months — just ask. Video visits are available.

Common questions

How it actually works.

Can pelvic floor PT really be done at home without clinic equipment?

Yes. Pelvic floor physical therapy is built on skilled assessment, manual therapy and exercise prescription — hands and knowledge, not machines. I bring a treatment table and the equipment a session needs. Working in your own space is often an advantage, because we can adapt the plan to the furniture, stairs and routines you actually live with.

What is included in an in-home visit?

Initial visits are 60 minutes and follow-ups are 55. That covers internal and external assessment where appropriate, hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, and written follow-up notes. You always see the same physical therapist — there are no aides and no double-booking.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on what is going on, how long it has been going on, and what you want to get back to. Some people need a short series of visits; others benefit from a longer stretch with more space between sessions. You will get an honest read on that at the initial evaluation rather than a package you have to commit to up front.

Can I be seen virtually instead?

In-home across Bergen County is how the practice works, but virtual visits are available to New Jersey residents on request. They suit movement assessment, coaching, exercise progression and check-ins. Mention it when you book your free consult and we will work out whether video makes sense for what you need.
